Meet Our Crew
CO-FOUNDER + CEO
Huibert Jan Evekink spent more than twenty years managing sales, marketing and human resources teams in multinational corporations in the Netherlands, Spain, England and the United States. Before setting up Futureteaming he was responsible for the successful “Engage” programme in Amadeus IT Group Spain, training people management to leaders and their teams. He is a recognised coach, speaker and university lecturer on branding, engagement and culture. Huibert holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, and he recently completed the Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change degree program at the INSEAD Business School in Paris.

Steven began his flying career in 1993 when he joined KLM Royal Dutch Airlines after attending the Dutch National Aviation School. In the years that followed, he flew as a First Officer on the Boeing 737, McDonnell-Douglas MD11 and as Captain on the Boeing 737. He is currently a Captain on the Airbus A330. For over twenty years of his flying life, Steven has been training and evaluating flight crews for KLM, sidestepping as Chairman Professional Affairs of the Dutch Air Line Pilots Association for a period of three years. Using the techniques, tools and case studies from the aviation industry, he also trains management teams to communicate better and make decisions faster.
As Design Partner of Futureteaming, Hayder leads the creative strategy and execution of our brand, services and games. His unique combination of design, usability and technology expertise makes our solutions future-proof. Before joining Futureteaming, Hayder was responsible for design and technology at several startups in Spain. He started his career in advertising, working for clients such as Hugo Boss, Infiniti and Loewe. He is also the founder of Etéreo, a design and technology consultancy.
Hugo is a high-altitude mountain guide and manages the CLEAR + CALM Summit Programme: our outdoor learning experience. Member of the AEGM (Spanish Association of Mountain Guides), Hugo is the founder, general manager and lead guide of Muntania, an adventure company with a presence on all continents. Muntania organises guided group expeditions focused on trekking, climbing, mountain biking, ski mountaineering, trail running and canyoning. He is always looking for new opportunities and experiences to help his clients build their skills and enjoy everything the mountains have to offer. Enthusiasm, expertise and safety make all the difference.
Paul has a background in advertising, corporate identity and brand management. He is currently brand manager at a large financial company, where he is responsible for branding and reputation projects. With a focus on branding in the digital landscape, Paul has all the skills to help the Futureteaming brand come alive.
Marisa is an expert in human relationships and talent development, with over 15 years of experience working in the technology sector for multinational companies, where she held different global HR roles mainly related to talent management and leadership development. She understands the challenges of working in a stressful, multi-cultural results-oriented environment. She is able to help leaders understand how to motivate and build winning teams in times of change. She holds a BSc degree in Psychology and is an experienced facilitator, trainer and professional certified coach used to work for global companies with international teams in Europe, South America and the Middle East. Marisa works in Spanish or English. She is insightful, balancing the rational & emotional aspects, and adapts her style to suit individual needs. Her passion is to enable positive and productive relationships between people, teams and organizations.
