​This assessment based on the scientific Feedback Environment Scale by Steelman & Levy and the Error Orientation Questionnaire by Rybowiak & Garst.

The Online Academy 
The Futureteaming Online Academy offers the future of online learning by mixing video, simulation, discussion, quizzes, certification, gamification and much, much more. You can complete our basic or expert CLEAR+CALM course when you want, where you want and how you want. Our modules run on any PC/Mac or mobile device around the globe. Organisations can tailor, or even add, content and branding to their courses. We can blend the Academy modules with "live" web seminars or face-to-face workshops.

The CREW Game
Innovative organisations need new ways to learn. In the online CREW game, you will be playing the roles of different crew members who have to navigate challenging – and sometimes conflicting – conversations. Outdoor we simulate challenging scenarios for our client teams, like high-altitude rescue missions.

Only when the organisation is trained and confident, we introduce activities and technology that puts continuous feedback to work! We have our feedback tools or work with in-company or external feedback apps. Warning: introducing technology without training and in a psychologically unsafe environment does not work!
